Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Sales Marketing Executive to promote our products/services, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers through telephone communication. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, persuasion, and customer relationship skills to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential and existing customers through phone calls.
- Explain company products and services to customers clearly and effectively.
- Generate new sales leads and follow up on existing inquiries.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Maintain customer records and update sales databases regularly.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to improve business performance.
- Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
