We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Merchandiser to manage the complete merchandising cycle from order development to final shipment. The ideal candidate should possess strong merchandising knowledge, excellent buyer handling skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with production, sourcing, and quality teams. The candidate must be fluent in spoken and written English to communicate confidently with international buyers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end merchandising activities from product development to shipment.
- Communicate with domestic and international buyers regarding product development, order status, approvals, and shipment schedules.
- Prepare product costing, order confirmations, purchase orders, and Time & Action (T&A) plans.
- Coordinate with sourcing, production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely execution of orders.
- Follow up on fabric, trims, samples, and approvals to meet production timelines.
- Monitor production progress and resolve any issues affecting delivery schedules.
- Ensure all buyer specifications and quality standards are met.
- Maintain accurate order documentation and provide regular reports to management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ensure on-time shipment and customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Technology, Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, or any related discipline.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience as a Merchandiser or Senior Merchandiser in the apparel/garment industry.
- Experience handling woven, knitted, or denim garments is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, fabric sourcing, costing, and production planning.
- Experience in buyer handling and order execution.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
