About the Role
Full-Stack Engineer for end-to-end development: frontend dashboards, backend APIs, database architecture, rule engines, and integrations.
This is a critical role: you will directly shape the core system architecture and ensure the platform is secure, scalable, and performant.
Responsibilities
Full-Stack Development
Python & FAST API
Javascript, Typescript, React.js, Next.js, Node.js, Express.js, HTML, CSS
REST API development & integrations
AI/ML fundamentals
LLM integration (OpenAI, Hugging Face etc)
DB management (PostgreSQL. MongoDB or relational databases)
Redis / background workers
Git & Version control
Debugging and problem solving
SaaS application and AWS cloud
Ability to process large datasets efficiently
Knowledge of RBAC, JWT and authentication systems.
Integrations
- Build secure API integrations or any external softwares
- Support batch data import/export for organizations
Performance, Scalability & Security
- Implement background job processing for heavy data operations
- Optimize system performance for large data uploads and concurrent users
- Ensure secure file uploads, data encryption, and audit logging
- Collaborate with DevOps for cloud deployment, monitoring, and scaling
Collaboration
- Work closely with the founder, DevOps, QA, and security engineers
- Contribute to system architecture and feature design
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and production debugging
Experience
- Professional software engineering experience
- Production SaaS experience is highly desirable
- Experience building financial or accounting data platforms is a bonus
- Experience handling large datasets and performance-critical systems
