Job Description
- Work Location: Ahmedabad (Gujarat), INDIA
- Work Schedule: Mon to Fri
- Salary & Compensation: Best in the industry + uncapped incentives
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers through cold calling, lead generation, and research.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with prospective clients to close sales successfully.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay up to date with market trends, industry insights, and competitive offerings to position our services effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools and provide regular reports to the management.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in international BPO or a voice-based sales process.
- Strong command of spoken and written English with excellent communication skills.
- In-depth understanding of sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and the foreign customer mindset.
- Ability to build rapport, manage objections, and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
