HR Intern (Human Resources)
Eligibility
- Freshers and students pursuing or completed BBA, MBA (HR), MA, or any relevant degree.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes is a plus.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for internships and job roles.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Manage internship onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain candidate databases and HR records.
- Support employee engagement and HR operations.
- Assist in recruitment campaigns and talent acquisition activities.
