We are looking for Dynamic Software/ERP trainer for our Pondicherry office.
Experience - 1-2 years
Title - ERP Trainer.
Location - Pondicherry.
Qualification - B.E (IT or CS) , B.Sc(Computers), MCA or related study.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Design and Development:
- Analyze training needs and develop tailored training plans.
- Create and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, and other resources.
- Design engaging and effective training exercises and scenarios.
- Training Delivery:
- Conduct instructor-led training sessions, both on-site and remotely.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and webinars.
- Provide personalized guidance and support to individual users.
- Documentation and Communication:
- Create clear and concise documentation for users to access and refer to.
- Gather, analyze, and translate technical information for non-technical audiences.
- Communicate effectively with management, users, and vendors.
- Ongoing Support and Maintenance:
- Respond to user inquiries and provide troubleshooting assistance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ERP system features and updates.
- Monitor user feedback and make adjustments to training as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and related business processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to create clear, concise, and engaging training materials.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design techniques.
- Experience with ERP system implementation and/or support.
