Sales & Revenue Ownership
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor inquiry-to-order conversion ratios.
- Improve average order value and upselling performance.
- Ensure proper follow-up on all leads from website, calls, WhatsApp, and marketplaces.
Team Management
- Lead and manage the sales team efficiently.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, productivity, and daily reporting.
- Conduct daily sales huddles and performance reviews.
- Train team members on product knowledge, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Build a high-performance, no-politics, ownership-driven culture.
Customer Handling
- Handle premium and escalated customers professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend proper audio/video solutions.
- Ensure customers receive accurate guidance and timely responses.
Process & Execution
- Maintain CRM hygiene and proper lead tracking.
- Ensure no lead leakage or delayed response.
- Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting.
Leadership Responsibilities
- Set examples through discipline, ownership, and execution.
- Identify weak performers and help improve them.
- Participate in hiring and onboarding of sales executives.
- Help management improve sales systems and SOPs
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
