c. Incorporating relevant thinking and reflective skills into the curriculum.
d. Developing knowledge and skills related to primary education.
e. Classroom Management - continually seeking to improve learning and teaching strategies.
f. Demonstrating a high level of relevant curriculum knowledge, especially in areas of French.
g. Review of present curriculum, developing yearly/term plan, develop weekly /lesson plan.
h. Employing effective pedagogy that enables children to become successful and Self-regulated learners achieving personal excellence by:
i. Using assessment information to plan progression for the differing needs of learners in the class
ii. Using appropriate assessment tools for formative and summative assessment Providing high quality scaffolding and feedback as stated in the school procedures for feedback to learners.
j. Student Outcomes – Analysis of student performance (Internal and External) and encouraging them to reflect on their learning.
k. Ensuring effective Student Behaviour Management in Classroom.
l. Adaption to New Educational Technologies.
m. Implementation Practices: Implementation of the feedback towards continual improvement.
