· Promote and sell the company’s OTC products in the assigned territory.
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual primary & secondary sales targets.
· Visit distributors, retailers, and chemists to ensure product availability and visibility.
· Identify new business opportunities and expand the retailer/dealer network.
· Ensure proper product placement, branding, and merchandising at retail counters.
· Track competitor activities and share insights with the management team.
· Provide product knowledge and training to channel partners as required.
· Collect orders, ensure timely delivery, and follow up on payments.
· Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM or sales tracking tools.
· Participate in promotional activities, camps, and field marketing drives.
· Build strong relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage field operations.
· Good market understanding and problem-solving ability.
· Owning a two-wheeler is preferred for field mobility.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
