Maloo Finance is looking for a driven, high-ownership MIS & Tech Lead to manage our current data infrastructure and spearhead our transition into AI-driven automation.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between our current operations and advanced technology. You will maintain our existing Google Workspace ecosystem while actively building machine learning models for credit decisioning and automating workflows across the entire company.
- Infrastructure Maintenance & Development: Manage, optimize, and expand our existing systems built on Google Sheets, Google Sites, and Google Data Studio (Looker Studio).
- AI/ML Credit Decisioning: Design, build, and deploy an AI/ML model specifically tailored for credit underwriting and decision-making.
- Process Automation: Identify opportunities across all company departments to integrate AI and automation to streamline workflows.
- Expert Google Ecosystem Knowledge: Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, and Google Data Studio.
- AI/ML Foundations: Practical knowledge or experience in building predictive models (specifically for financial or credit risk data).
- AI Curiosity: A strong interest in emerging AI tools and a passion for integrating automation into everyday workflows.

Pay: ₹11,102.52 - ₹18,667.04 per month
