Join Swift Hire LLC onsite at our Bhopal office! We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to build new US client relationships and drive our IT and non-IT staffing pipelines.
Core Details:-
- Location: Onsite/Hybrid— Bhopal, India
- Shift: Night shift (US business hours)
- Experience: 1–4 years in US staffing sales (No freshers)
What You'll Do:-
- Acquire US Clients: Break into direct clients, system integrators, and MSP/VMS accounts.
- Drive Business: Bring in a steady flow of IT and non-IT job requirements.
- Close Deals: Negotiate bill rates, margins, and contracts.
- Partner with Recruiters: Work with our delivery team to fill positions fast.
What You Need:-
- Proven Success: A track record of bringing in new US business.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Communication: Exceptional spoken and written English skills.
- Tools: Experience with cold outreach and ATS/CRM software (Bullhorn, Ceipal, etc.).
