Job Summary
Mahara International Preschool & Day Care is looking for a creative, energetic, and passionate Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can create engaging visual content for digital marketing, social media, admissions campaigns, and brand-building activities.
The ideal candidate should be skilled in graphic design, video shooting, video editing, content creation, and social media creative execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design
- Design social media posts, reels covers, banners, brochures, flyers, standees, and marketing materials.
- Create admission campaign creatives for online and offline promotions.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications.
Video Production & Editing
- Visit school branches for regular video shoots and content collection.
- Capture classroom activities, events, celebrations, parent testimonials, and student engagement moments.
- Edit reels, promotional videos, advertisements, and brand videos.
- Add transitions, motion graphics, captions, music, and visual effects to enhance engagement.
Content Creation & Ideation
- Generate fresh content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create trending and engaging content.
- Plan and execute content calendars aligned with admissions and school activities.
Marketing Support
- Support digital marketing campaigns with creative assets.
- Create visual content for website, WhatsApp campaigns, Google Ads, and social media advertisements.
- Stay updated with design trends, social media trends, and AI creative tools.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro (or equivalent tools).
- Strong graphic design and video editing skills.
- Ability to shoot videos using mobile phones and cameras.
- Understanding of social media content trends and audience engagement.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in education, preschool, or digital marketing industry is an added advantage.
