We are looking for a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented graduate to join our team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting business development, market research, digital marketing, and day-to-day online operations. This role requires someone who is tech-savvy, possesses excellent communication skills, and enjoys researching, learning, and executing new ideas.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to identify new business opportunities.
- Generate and qualify B2B leads through online directories, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
- Draft and manage professional emails, proposals, presentations, and business correspondence.
- Manage and optimize the company's online business platforms.
- Create and maintain company email accounts and digital profiles.
- Assist in digital marketing, branding, and online promotional activities.
- Prepare reports, maintain databases, and organize business information using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with management on business development projects and strategic initiatives.
- Use AI tools and modern business software to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Perform additional online business and administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Graduate in BBA, B.Com, BCA, Marketing, Commerce, Management, IT, or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication and analytical skills are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong internet research and analytical abilities.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn and professional networking.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and learn quickly.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of email marketing and lead generation.
- Familiarity with Canva, AI tools, and digital marketing.
- Good if yopu have basic understanding of CRM software and online business tools.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
