About the Role
KD Tech Branding Company is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, professional telephonic etiquette, and the ability to interact effectively with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about company services.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with customers and maintain relationships.
- Update customer records and maintain call reports.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong telephonic etiquette.
- Good listening and persuasion abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Eligibility
- 12th Pass or Graduate (Any Stream).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of Hindi and basic English preferred.
