Job Description :
Manages sales of the company’s products and services in within a defined geographic are a province or country. Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel. Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short - and long-term sales and earnings.
- Will be employed at the site office.
- Shall be able to handle sales team
- Shall be able to handle Marketing Team
- Handling and managing the collections team for outstanding payment.
- Planning the Marketing Strategies for the various ongoing projects in MUMBAI and THANE
- Final authority for negotiations in the rate
- Understanding & Analyzing the need of the customer
- Coordinating with banks to achieve the APF and ADF for our Projects
- Handling all the site in Case Of Emergency
- Preparing Daily MIS & reporting to Manager
- Coordinating with different vendors related to marketing purpose
