- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.
- Drive culture-building initiatives and employee engagement programs.
- Provide guidance on change management and organizational transformation.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Monitor hiring plans and workforce requirements across departments.
- Develop employer branding initiatives.
- Build talent pipelines and succession planning frameworks.
Employee Relations
- Address employee grievances and workplace concerns.
- Ensure a positive employee experience and healthy work environment.
- Manage disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Performance Management
- Design and implement performance management systems.
- Support managers in goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development.
- Drive high-performance culture through effective feedback mechanisms.
Compensation & Benefits
- Develop competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and compensation reviews.
- Ensure payroll and benefits administration processes are efficient and compliant.
Learning & Development
- Identify training and development needs across the organization.
- Create leadership development and employee growth programs.
- Monitor effectiveness of training initiatives.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee records.
- Oversee HR audits and risk management activities.
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare management reports.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
