Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
- Sourcing candidates through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn & Job Hai
- Screening CVs and conducting telephonic interviews
- Scheduling interviews with hiring managers
- Coordinating offer rollout and onboarding process
- Maintaining recruitment tracker and candidate database
- Posting job vacancies on various job portals
- Handling employee documentation and HR coordination
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
