We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. The receptionist will handle front desk operations, manage calls, schedule appointments, and provide administrative support to various departments.
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answered, screened, and forwarded incoming phone calls efficiently.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, document handling, and filing.
- Provide information and support to visitors and employees as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth daily operations.
- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- A graduation degree is required.
