Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound inquiries from digital campaigns, websites, and property portals.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and qualify leads.
- Explain project details, pricing, and offers to potential buyers.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems.
- Follow up with leads to nurture interest and improve conversions.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and channel partner teams.
- Generate daily and weekly lead status reports.
