Job Overview
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 5–8 years of post-qualification experience to lead Finance & Accounts operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial reporting, taxation, compliance, budgeting, audits, and stakeholder management within a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Finance & Accounts operations.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.

Lead budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.

Ensure compliance with Ind AS, GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and statutory regulations.

Handle statutory, internal, and tax audits while coordinating with auditors.

Oversee payroll accounting and statutory compliance.
-
Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), fixed assets, and reconciliations.

Ensure timely month-end and year-end book closures.

Provide financial analysis, profitability reports, and strategic insights to management.

Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.

Develop and implement finance policies, SOPs, and internal controls.

Coordinate with banks, consultants, and financial institutions.

Mentor and guide junior finance team members.
Required Skills
-
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
-
5–8 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts.

Strong knowledge of Ind AS, Companies Act, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC compliances.

Hands-on experience in financial reporting, taxation, statutory audits, and internal audits.

Experience with ERP/Accounting tools such as Zoho Books, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, or Tally.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and financial modelling expertise.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
-
Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills

Experience in SaaS revenue recognition and subscription-based business models.

Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and business finance.

Experience supporting investor reporting or fundraising activities.

Strong business acumen with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
