Role Summary
The HR Analyst will support the Human Resources function through data-driven insights, HR reporting, workforce analytics, recruitment support, and HR process improvement initiatives. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate HR data into meaningful recommendations that support organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
HR Analytics & Reporting

Collect, maintain, and analyze HR data related to recruitment, employee engagement, retention, attendance, and performance.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual HR dashboards and reports.

Track key HR metrics such as attrition, hiring effectiveness, diversity, absenteeism, and employee turnover.

Generate insights and recommendations to improve HR processes and workforce planning.
Recruitment & Talent Management

Support recruitment activities by tracking hiring metrics and maintaining candidate databases.

Assist in workforce planning and manpower reporting.

Monitor recruitment funnel effectiveness and suggest improvements.
HR Operations

Maintain employee records and HR databases with high levels of accuracy.

Support onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.

Ensure HR documentation complies with organizational policies and statutory requirements.
Employee Engagement & Performance

Assist in employee engagement surveys and data analysis.

Support performance management reporting and tracking.

Analyze employee feedback and identify trends for organizational improvement.
Compliance & Process Improvement

Ensure data integrity and confidentiality of employee information.

Support HR audits and compliance reporting.

Identify opportunities to automate and improve HR processes and reporting mechanisms.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Psychology, Commerce, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in HR Analytics, HR Operations, HR Reporting, or related HR roles.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis).

Experience working with HRMS systems and employee databases.

Knowledge of HR metrics and reporting methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications

Postgraduate qualification in HR Management or related discipline.

Experience in the non-profit, social impact, healthcare, education, or development sector.

Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.

Understanding of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
