Key Responsibilities
1. Order & Delivery Management
- Manage all online and offline bakery orders.
- Coordinate order preparation and dispatch to ensure timely deliveries.
- Allocate riders/delivery executives based on order volume and delivery locations.
- Monitor delivery performance and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
2. Daily Store Operations
- Supervise opening and closing operations of the bakery.
- Ensure proper morning and evening product display setup.
- Maintain product presentation standards across display counters.
- Monitor product freshness, stock rotation, and wastage control.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and operational standards are maintained.
3. Inventory & Stock Control
- Conduct daily physical stock counting of products and packaging materials.
- Verify inventory against sales and production records.
- Track stock movement and report discrepancies immediately.
- Coordinate with production and procurement teams to maintain optimum stock levels.
4. Billing & Invoice Reconciliation
- Match daily sales records with invoices and delivery reports.
- Reconcile cash, online payments, and billing data.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all transactions.
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports for management.
5. Team Management
- Supervise delivery riders and store support staff.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor performance.
- Ensure discipline, punctuality, and adherence to company policies.
- Train team members on operational procedures and customer service standards.
6. Customer Service
- Address customer concerns related to orders, deliveries, and product availability.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain service quality standards.
- Coordinate with management to resolve escalations promptly.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in bakery, food retail, QSR, or operations management.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and order processing.
- Experience managing delivery operations and rider allocation.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic MIS reporting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Age: 30–48 years.
- Based in Faridabad or nearby areas.
- Experience in bakery, café, food delivery, or retail operations preferred.
- Hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
