Key responsibilities:
1. Oversee end-to-end immigration case management, from initial client engagement and documentation to final submission, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
2. Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and support business objectives.
3. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of professionals, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with company goals.
4. Monitor, evaluate, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify improvement areas and implement corrective measures.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and strategic initiatives.
6. Design, implement, and enforce policies, processes, and compliance frameworks in line with industry standards and regulations.
