Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Cross-Selling Sales Specialist to engage directly with guests at our flagship property. The role involves interacting with in-house guests, introducing them to other CGH Earth properties, and driving bookings through personalized recommendations and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and interact with guests within the hotel premises
- Promote and create awareness about other CGH Earth properties and experiences
- Understand guest preferences and suggest suitable destinations within the portfolio
- Drive cross-selling opportunities and conversions through direct engagement
- Build strong rapport with guests to enhance brand loyalty
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking experiences
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Excellent communication and language proficiency
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Persuasive and confident with strong convincing ability
- Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
- Comfortable engaging with diverse guests in a hospitality environment
Preferred Traits:
- Outgoing personality and a true “people person”
- Prior experience in hospitality, travel sales, or guest relations is an advantage
