Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients
- Provide internal and customer training on how to use the product
- Documentation of service and support
- Generate Service request and resolve customer issue
- Learn new and upcoming products of SOLIDWORKS
- Complete product e-learning and certification as required by OEM
Skills Required: Excellent communication skills and presentation skills, Ms. Excel proficiency required.
Preference: candidate with tool, die, mold background will be preferred.
Edu Qualification: Atleast B.tech / B.E.
The candidate should have own conveyance.
