PS Technology Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team in Pune. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR operations, and employee engagement. It is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and students who are looking to build a career in Human Resources. The responsibilities align with common HR internship expectations and recruitment support functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Assist with onboarding documentation and employee records.
- Support HR operations and administrative activities.
- Prepare reports using MS Excel.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives.
- Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing (Any Stream).
- MBA (HR) candidates are preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Willingness to learn and grow in Human Resources.
