We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive, The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, building client relationships, promoting construction services/products, and achieving sales targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the civil construction sector.
- Generate leads through site visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Meet architects, consultants, contractors, builders, developers, and project owners to promote company services/products.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and business meetings to enhance market presence.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plan
Qualification:
1–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the civil construction industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
