Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and showroom visits
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Manage customer database and CRM software
- Follow up on:
- Test rides
- Bookings
- Deliveries
- Service reminders
- Feedback calls
- Coordinate with sales and service teams
- Ensure premium customer experience aligned with BMW standards
- Resolve customer complaints professionally
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and collect feedback
- Support events, rides, and customer engagement activities
- Track lead conversions and customer retention
Skills Required
- Good communication skills (English + Hindi)
- Presentable personality
- Customer handling and relationship-building ability
- Basic Excel / CRM knowledge
- Problem-solving attitude
- Professional grooming and etiquette
Preferred Background
- Automobile showroom experience preferred
- Luxury/premium brand experience is a plus
- Graduate in any stream
- Freshers with excellent communication may also be considered
Salary Range (Delhi NCR approx.)
- Fresher: ₹18k–22k/month
- Experienced CRE: ₹20k–25k/month + incentives
