We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our preschool team and help expand our vision of quality early learning.
About the Role
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for increasing student admissions, building brand visibility, developing strategic partnerships, and driving overall business growth for the preschool. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in sales, marketing, admissions, or business development within the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to increase preschool admissions
- Build and maintain relationships with parents, schools, corporates, and local communities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional events, and outreach programs
- Identify partnership opportunities with apartments, corporates, activity centers, and local businesses
- Conduct school tours and convert enquiries into admissions
- Manage lead generation through online and offline channels
- Handle social media coordination and branding initiatives
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare monthly growth and admissions reports
- Collaborate closely with the management team to achieve business targets
Requirements
- Proven experience in Business Development, Admissions, Marketing, or Sales
- Experience in Preschool / School / Education sector preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships and convert leads effectively
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotions is an advantage
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and energetic personality
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
