Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chats
- Deliver prompt and professional issue resolution
- Maintain customer interaction records and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless support
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
Requirements:
- Strong verbal & written English communication
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Freshers & experienced candidates are welcome
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
