Job Title: Sales Manager
About the Role:
We're looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead B2B & B2C sales, develop GTM strategies, build strong partnerships, and drive revenue growth for our AI-powered fitness & wellness products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales & GTM strategies.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Build and expand B2B, B2C, and distribution channels.
- Collaborate with founders, marketing, and operations teams.
- Drive lead conversion and achieve sales targets.
- Build strong customer relationships and after-sales support.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in product sales.
- Strong experience in B2B & B2C sales and GTM strategy.
- Proven track record of selling premium products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Startup or fitness-tech experience is a plus.
Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
