Key Responsibilities
Engineering & Design
1.Prepare automation deliverables: PLC I/O List, Instrument Index, Control Philosophy, Cause & Effect Diagram, Interlock Logic
2.Develop PLC ladder logic / Structured Text
3.Create SCADA/HMI screens and graphics using Wonderware, WinCC, Ignition
4.Review P&IDs, PFDs and prepare automation inputs for procurement
Project Support
1.Coordinate with Process, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation teams during project execution
2.Support FAT/SAT documentation, test procedures and commissioning checklists from HO 3.Respond to client/consultant queries and incorporate comments in engineering documents
4.Track engineering progress and prepare weekly reports for Project Lead.
Technical & Standards
1.Ensure design complies with IEC, ISA, API and client specifications
2.Prepare instrument sizing calculations for control valves, flow meters, level transmitters 3.Maintain document control and revision records in EDMS
Learning & Development
1.Support senior engineers in troubleshooting logic and software issues
2.Stay updated on new automation technologies, IIoT and Industry 4.0 practices
Required Qualifications & Skills
1.Education: B.E/B.Tech in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, or Control Engineering
2.Experience: 2-3 Years
3.Basic knowledge of PLC programming
4.SCADA/HMI
5.Instrumentation basics: Sensors, Transmitters, Control Valves
6.MS Office, AutoCAD for reading drawings
7.Good to Have:DCS - Honeywell/Yokogawa, Networking
8.Soft Skills: Good communication, willingness to learn, team player, problem-solving attitude
Pay: ₹187,526.29 - ₹946,333.68 per year
