Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Job Search Assistant to help identify and apply for relevant job opportunities on behalf of clients. The ideal candidate should be comfortable navigating job boards, creating accounts, uploading resumes, and tracking applications.
Responsibilities
- Search for relevant job openings on Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Glassdoor, and company career pages.
- Create and manage job portal accounts.
- Submit job applications according to client instructions.
- Upload resumes, cover letters, and supporting documents.
- Maintain application tracking spreadsheets.
- Customize resumes and cover letters when required.
- Take screenshots and provide application submission proof.
- Monitor application status and update clients regularly.
- Follow application guidelines carefully.
Requirements
- Experience using job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and ZipRecruiter.
- Strong internet research skills.
- Good written English communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to meet daily application targets.
- Reliable internet connection and computer/laptop.
- Previous experience in job application support is preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred Skills
- Resume tailoring.

- Knowledge of ATS-friendly resumes.
