Talent Sourcing specialist (IT Recruitment)
Location: Chennai
Experience: Minimum 6 Months in IT Hiring
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
✅ Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g., social media and professional platforms like Linkedin, Naukri)
✅ Advertise job openings on the company’s website page, social media, job boards, etc.
✅ Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
✅ Send shortlists of selected candidates to the hiring manager.
✅ Set up an interview for the incoming resumes and candidates through phone, video, and in-person.
✅ Build a Candidate Relationship
✅ Follow up with candidate and company
✅ Negotiation with the candidate and/or company if required
✅ Meet managers and plan strategy to identify future hiring needs
✅ Be a consultant to new candidates and help them onboard.

Preferably looking for IT Recruitment professionals with a strong background in Sourcing, particularly those experienced in bulk or volume hiring within a consulting environment.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
