Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base and promote Remark HR's recruitment and staffing services. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Acquire new clients for recruitment, staffing, and HR solutions.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Understand client hiring requirements and recommend suitable recruitment solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close deals.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of hiring requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and client-handling abilities.
- Experience in B2B sales and lead generation.
- Knowledge of recruitment, staffing, or HR services is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Recruitment, or Staffing.
- Experience in the HR, recruitment, or staffing industry will be an added advantage.
