Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Service & Installation Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for product installation, after-sales service, maintenance support, warranty handling, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and quality service execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Install products at customer locations as per company standards
- Provide repair, maintenance, and technical support services
- Handle warranty and non-warranty service requests
- Conduct site inspections and assess installation readiness
- Ensure proper functioning and testing of installed products
- Coordinate with Sales and Store departments for service requirements
- Maintain service records, job history, and documentation
- Manage spare parts usage and return procedures
- Collect customer confirmations and feedback after service completion
- Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and professional support
Skills Required
- Basic technical and troubleshooting knowledge
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to travel for site visits and installations
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Knowledge of service documentation and reporting is preferred
Qualification
- Diploma / ITI / Any Degree in a relevant field
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
