Experience Required 2 -3 Years - Property laws, RERA and Title due diligence
- Strong knowledge of Property Law, Transfer of Property Act, Stamp Act, RERA, Registration Act alike statues.
- Understanding of SARFAESI Act & mortgage laws.
- Good drafting and analytical and interpersonal skills.Examine sale deeds, conveyance deeds, lease deeds, development agreements, gift deeds, partition deeds, etc.
- Verify ownership history and identify defects, encumbrances, or litigation risks.
- Scrutinize revenue records in Marathi like revenue records (7/12 extract, property card, mutation entries, NA orders).
- Title Due Diligence Reports and verify original title deeds.
- Provide legal inputs on title-related clauses and transaction documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, landowners, developers, lenders, government authorities and external advocates.
- Ability to identify legal risks in property transactions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
