Designation :-Inside Sales Representative
Location :- Navi Mumbai
Salary :-15,000 -25,000
Experience :- 1 - 3 Years
Experience in IT / Services Sales. Cybersecurity sales exposure will be given preference.
Responsibilities :-
Customer Engagement: Initiate and manage sales conversations with potential and existing customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by providing personalized assistance and organising demos.
Product Knowledge: Thoroughly understand the range of products offered.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product developments in the cybersecurity industry.
Sales Quota Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and as by effectively communicating the benefits of our cybersecurity solutions and closing sales.
Consultative Selling:Identify customer needs and preferences through effective questioning and active listening.
Offer solutions and provide expert advice to help customers make informed decisions.
Order Processing:Accurately process sales orders and assist with logistics and delivery coordination. Ensure orders are fulfilled promptly and correctly.
Customer Support:Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide post-sale support as needed. Handle and document customer feedback and complaints professionally.
Market Research:Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing to remain competitive. Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
CRM and Reporting: Maintain customer records and sales activity in the CRM system.
Generate regular sales reports to track performance and contribute to sales strategy. Experience on ODOO CRM will be preferred .
Language :- English , Hindi and Marathi
