- Operations Management
- Supervise all warehouse activities including inward, storage, and outward.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Inventory Control
- Maintain accurate stock levels through regular audits.
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and ensure FIFO.
- Manage returns effectively.
- Logistics & Coordination
- Collaborate with sales and logistics teams.
- Ensure TAT for Last mile delivery.
- Schedule deliveries and pickup to meet customer demands.
- Optimize space utilization and material handling processes.
- Issue Escalation
- Raise on ground issues to appropriate authorities in timely manner
- Follow up for issue resolution within defined/reasonable timelines
- Health & Safety
- Enforce workplace safety standards.
- Conduct regular safety training and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with local labour and safety laws.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Mechanical or any graduate with specific degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven 2-4 years' experience in warehouse or logistics management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse management software.
- Knowledge of lean warehousing and continuous improvement practices.

- Ensuring defined TAT @ 95% for Last mile delivery – 40%
- Managing inventory levels based on the norms (Inventory control and accuracy)– 10%
- Ensuring FIFO @100% - 20%
- Warehouse efficiency & operations – 15%
- Logistics cost – 15%
