- Provides prompt, accurate and professional responses to email requests and service requests including, but not limited to, requests for plan level fund, fee change, and manual mailing requests.
- Facilitate the fund and fee change scheduling with numerous internal teams and departments.
- Delegates inquiries to the appropriate unit for timely resolution.
- Compose routine written correspondence and conduct research into problems and inquiries.
- Handle most issues independently while maintaining the department’s minimum quality, productivity, and time standards.
- Prepares simple written correspondence and conducts preliminary research into problems and inquiries
- Strong attention to detail is required
- Ability to multitask and utilize dual monitors to work in multiple operating systems or vendor sites simultaneously
- Adheres to the service standard deadlines
- Ability to handle fast paced order processing environment, repetitive duties and ability to embrace change positively
