Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain hydraulic pumps, motors, cylinders, valves, hoses, and related hydraulic systems.
- Perform preventive, predictive, routine, and breakdown maintenance of hydraulic equipment.
- Ensure quality hydraulic maintenance and repair work to avoid repeat failures and leakage issues.
- Attend hydraulic breakdowns promptly and restore equipment within minimum time to avoid operational delays.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S standards in the workshop and maintenance areas.
- Follow all safety procedures, use appropriate PPE, and report unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and near misses.
- Prevent hydraulic oil leakages and spillages and ensure proper handling and disposal of waste materials as per company guidelines.
- Maintain Zero Harm and Zero Injury culture through safe maintenance practices.
Major Challenge
- Ensure the health and reliability of hydraulic pumps, motors, and actuators by keeping all fail-safe systems functional.
Qualification & Experience
- 10th Pass / ITI.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hydraulic components maintenance.
Functional Skills
- Knowledge of hydraulic systems and components.
- Ability to inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain hydraulic equipment.
- Skilled in pressure checking, leakage identification, and hydraulic fault diagnosis.
- Ability to use maintenance tools and testing instruments safely.
- Good problem-solving and observation skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures.
- Dedicated towards quality work, teamwork, and equipment reliability.
Technical Requirements
- Sound knowledge of hydraulic systems, pumps, motors, cylinders, valves, hoses, filtration systems, and hydraulic circuit operations related to industrial equipment and technological vehicles.
- Experience in preventive, predictive, breakdown, and routine maintenance of hydraulic systems.
- Knowledge of fault diagnosis, pressure testing, dismantling, inspection, overhauling, assembly, and testing of hydraulic components.
- Familiarity with hydraulic oil management, contamination control, maintenance tools, safety procedures, and equipment inspection practices.
- Basic knowledge of SAP/MIS reporting, maintenance documentation, Microsoft Office, and the ability to quickly learn new maintenance systems and technologies.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹52,000.00 per month
