Job Summary
The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day on-site operations, ensuring that construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role requires strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage interior fit-out work as per approved architectural drawings and project timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Oversee interior finishing works including false ceiling, flooring, painting, carpentry, modular furniture, glass, and aluminium installations.
- Monitor electrical and plumbing works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections, maintain quality and safety standards, and resolve on-site issues.
- Manage contractor performance, manpower, and material availability at the site.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site documentation, and provide regular project updates to the Project Manager.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in architectural site engineering with a strong focus on interior fit-out projects.
- Experience in commercial, retail, healthcare, office, or residential interior projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
