Sales Closer – Job Description (EdTech)
Role Description
We are seeking motivated individuals for a Sales Closer position to join our EdTech team. In
this role, you will be:
● Handling high-ticket clients with professionalism and expertise
● Understanding prospect goals, challenges, and pain points through discovery calls
● Recommending suitable learning solutions based on learner needs
● Working during 10am to 7pm from Monday to Saturday
● Managing and closing deals on a fixed salary
● Closing high-ticket deals (₹50,000 and above)
● Building and maintaining strong client relationships
● Collaborating with the team to strategize and optimize closure processes
● Applying effective communication, negotiation, probing, and pitching skills to achieve
targets
● Working independently and taking the initiative to meet or exceed goals
● Following a transparent and ethical sales process without false promises
● Understanding the internal processes, programs, and outcomes of the academy before
pitching
● Ensure a transparent and honest sales process with no false promises
Work Details
● Work Location: Remote
● Timing: 10am to 7pm
● Working Days: Monday to Saturday
● Job Type: Salary-based

● Travel Allowance: Travel is not required in most cases. If candidates choose to meet
clients physically, it will be at their own expense.
● Reporting: Daily call updates and closure reports to the sales manager
Qualification
● Availability to work during the working hours and handle clients efficiently
● Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
● Experience dealing with high-ticket clients is a plus
● Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
● Willingness to undergo one month of training to excel in the role
● A proactive and results-driven attitude
● Mandatory: Prior experience in an EdTech sales role
● Proven experience closing deals above ₹50,000
● Strong English communication skills and proficiency in at least one regional language
● Excellent negotiation, probing, and pitching skills
● Ability to understand prospect pain points and offer suitable solutions
● Experience handling sales calls via Zoom or similar platforms is preferred
Note:
This is a full-time remote position. No freelancers or agencies are allowed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
