Job Summary
A Retail Shop Floor Manager looks after the daily work on the shop floor. They make sure customers are happy, sales are good, and the store looks neat and organized.

Main Responsibilities
1. Store Operations
- Manage daily activities in the store
- Make sure the store opens and closes properly
- Keep the store clean, safe, and well-arranged
2. Sales & Performance
- Help increase sales and reach targets
- Track things like number of customers, sales, and billing
- Use offers and suggest products to customers
3. Team Management
- Guide and support the sales team
- Make staff schedules and track attendance
- Train new employees
- Check staff performance
4. Customer Service
- Make sure customers are satisfied
- Handle complaints politely and solve problems
- Build good relationships with customers
5. Inventory Management
- Check stock levels and refill products
- Do regular stock checks
- Prevent theft, loss, or damage
6. Visual Merchandising
- Arrange products neatly as per brand rules
- Keep displays attractive
- Help with in-store promotions
7. Reporting
- Prepare daily or weekly sales reports
- Share problems and ideas with senior managers

Requirements & Skills
- Experience in retail or as a supervisor
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Focus on sales and problem-solving
- Basic knowledge of billing (POS) and stock systems
- Able to work flexible hours

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 2–5 years of retail or customer service experience
