Job Description:
1. Administrative Support
- Manage the Managing Trustee 's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Handle confidential documents and maintain filing systems.
- Screen calls, emails, and inquiries, responding on behalf of the Managing Trustee 's when necessary.
2. Coordination & Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Managing Trustee 's and internal/external stakeholders.
- Liaise with faculty, staff, students, and external partners on behalf of the Managing Trustee 's.
- Organise and coordinate campus events, meetings, and conferences.
3. Operational Support
- Assist in project management and ensure deadlines are met.
- Support budget tracking, expense reporting, and procurement processes.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations for the Managing Trustee 's.
4. Miscellaneous Tasks
- Assist in policy documentation and implementation of administrative procedures.
- Manage special projects as assigned by the Managing Trustee 's.
- Perform other duties as required to support the efficient operation of the Managing Trustee 's office.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role of Education Industry.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and administrative software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Minimum 10 Years of Experience
Must be Prefer to Relevant Experience in Education Industry.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
