Job Title: Junior Assistant – Content Creation & Digital Media
Location: MG Road, South Delhi (Full time onsite / No remote)
Experience: Upto 1 Year (Fashion Graduate Preferred) (Including Internship experience)
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and proactive Content Creation Assistant to support our digital and creative team. The ideal candidate should have a background in fashion, a strong sense of aesthetics, and hands-on experience in content creation, design, and social media management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily content creation across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Blog, etc.)
- Manage DMs and audience engagement across social media channels
- Draft and edit blog articles, captions, and content copies
- Create or assist with YouTube thumbnails, cover photos, and social media creatives
- Support the design team with graphics, mood boards, and visual concepts
- Help in editing reels, short videos, and other digital content
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely publishing of content
- Stay updated with fashion, digital, and content trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Communication, or related field
- 1 year of experience in content creation, digital media, or fashion marketing
- Basic proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and digital aesthetics
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
