We are looking for a smart, confident, and hardworking Personal Secretary who can support business activities, attend meetings, coordinate with clients, and represent the company on YouTube and other social media platforms. The candidate should have good communication skills, be presentable, and be ready to handle both office coordination and promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day personal and business coordination
- Attend business meetings, networking events, and associations such as BNI, CNI, and other related meetings
- Communicate with clients in a professional manner
- Handle client interaction and follow-up activities
- Support the company in YouTube videos, social media promotions, and branding activities
- Coordinate appointments, schedules, and reminders
- Prepare meeting notes and maintain proper records
- Represent the business confidently in public and online platforms
- Support management in administrative and communication-related work
