Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Executive to support day-to-day HR activities and ensure smooth execution of HR processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and HR systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with high accuracy.
- Handle offer letters, appointment letters, and employee documentation.
- Coordinate and support new joiner onboarding and induction programs.
- Assist in attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and processes.
- Support HR audits and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth HR operations and communication.
- Assist in implementing and improving HR processes and systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources (preferred but not mandatory)
- 6 months - 1 year of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist role.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes (onboarding, documentation, employee lifecycle).
- Familiarity with HRMS tools (like Darwinbox, Zoho People, SAP, etc.)
- Understanding of attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
- Basic knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance (preferred)
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
