About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Senior Referral Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving patient acquisitions by building and nurturing strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and medical tourism partners.
As our center specializes in Neuro Rehabilitation and Ortho Rehabilitation, you will play a critical role in positioning our facility as the preferred choice for post-acute and long-term recovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Referral Network Management: Identify, build, and maintain strong relationships with neurologists, orthopedicians, neurosurgeons, spine surgeons, and general physicians in corporate and private hospitals.
- B2B Tie-ups: Connect with hospital discharge planners, medical social workers, and case managers to facilitate smooth patient transitions to our rehab center.
- Medical Tourism Expansion: Leverage existing networks or build new partnerships with Medical Value Travel (MVT) facilitators, international patient departments, and agencies to attract overseas patients.
- Market Awareness: Organize and conduct CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), clinical workshops, and awareness camps to highlight our specialized neuro and ortho rehab capabilities.
- Lead Conversion: Track, follow up, and convert referral leads into admissions, ensuring a compassionate and seamless onboarding experience for patients and their families.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of referral sources, analyze conversion rates, and provide regular market intelligence reports to the management.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
