The Project Sales Engineer/Executive will be responsible for driving sales efforts within the water treatment project segment, from initial lead generation through project execution. The PSE should have a strong understanding of water treatment systems, technical solutions and the ability to engage clients in long-term, solution-based sales discussions
Your responsibilities:
Project Sales achievement
- Responsible for achieving Sales Target as per the sales plan.

Making Cold Calls for Generating Sales Leads for conversion into business.

Generate customer leads for WTP/STP/ETP/Swimming Pool, Complete Solution as assigned.

Participate in sales promotion activities like exhibitions, etc. and generate leads.

Extraordinary skill for order closing.
Project Design & Calculation
-
Understanding client’s requirement & designing the project & calculations accordingly
-
Should be able to submit all technical information to clients & to the DCP team for early preparation of the Proposal.

Should be able to make a quotation by coordinating with the HOD & DCP team.
Customer relationship management
-
Identify issues and take action to deal with client queries.

Share information and knowledge of new products or other developments, etc., with clients

Collect work orders/ Cheques when needed.
Market research & feedback
-
Establish, maintain and expand the clientele in existing as well as new areas. Client mapping and generating an exhaustive list of clients

Daily reporting on sales activities to top management.

Collecting customer feedback and market research.

Keep a constant tap on market movements and report the same to the sales head.

Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
Cross-functional Management
-
Coordinate with technical, service, purchase and finance teams to ensure the sales deals are effective and smoothly executed.

Ensuring all outstanding payments are received as per contract terms by guiding the accounts team & reviewing the same.

Ensuring smoother, faster and effective after-sales service/support for all clients.
Customer Relationship Management

Developing excellent relationships with all existing and potential clients.

Identifying issues and taking action to deal with client queries. Keep a constant tap on market movements and report the same to the sales head.

Sharing information and knowledge of new products or other developments with the clients.

Qualification:

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma Engineer in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical/Environmental/Any Graduate.

MBA in Sales & Marketing would be preferred.
